Webinar material from the 19th December

By | December 19, 2023

For those of you who did not get time to take part in the webinar on 12PRR and Italian Sport Jet then click on the link below to see the presentation material. The webinar will also be placed on YouTube when the BMFA IT guy gets back from holiday.

Getting Started This has both the presentation and additional material on the CMBL trainer

For the 12PRR class, the equipment availability is very good, a decent number of trainer 12/F2A models are coming from France (people outside of the UK need to order these from CMBL directly) Irvine 12 engines are available from Peter Halman, contact him for availability and pricing. Alternatively, you can assemble your own Irvine 12 or use any other 12 engine that you wish. We also have the correct specification lines for 12 class and handles available.

Peter Halmans Irvine 12 assembly and preparation article is available as an Aeromodeller back issue.

Remember that there is a Forum on this website to exchange ideas and information about CL speed flying.

We may do a more informal webinar in early February as assistance for people who are getting ready to fly in the 2024 season, if this goes ahead it will be open to everyone.

Have a great Christmas Holiday and New Year.

About Barrie Lever

I am a committed competition modeller, flying RC pylon since 1978 and additionally control line since 2017, although I had held a latent interest in CL speed for decades. I like to make as much of my competition models myself as is possible, this often involves teaming up with other like minded competitors to share the workload.
