12 Class updates

There has been a great response to the recent CL speed ITAT (link to YouTube video of the webinar)  which promoted the 12 class model and 12PRR. We have strong registrations of interest and all of the CMBL trainer models that were ordered to facilitate getting into CL speed and the 12 PRR class in particular are now spoken for.  Peter Halman has prepared 8 off Irvine 12 engines for competitors to purchase, most of these engines are spoken for at the time of writing. Remember that the 12 class is not exclusively for Irvine powered models, competitors can use any commercial 12 engine and we know that competitors are also considering both the Nova Rossi and OS engines.

International News

We are pleased to have recently made contact again with Alessandro Rossetti. Alessandro was the development engineer at OPS engines for many years, and has a keen interest in all performance models but particularly CL speed and tether cars. Alessandro is now retired and spending his time making some very nice looking CL speed models.

About Barrie Lever

I am a committed competition modeller, flying RC pylon since 1978 and additionally control line since 2017, although I had held a latent interest in CL speed for decades. I like to make as much of my competition models myself as is possible, this often involves teaming up with other like minded competitors to share the workload.
